What is rick badanjek?

Rick Badanjek is an American former professional football player who played running back in the National Football League (NFL) for the Washington Redskins. He was born on November 21, 1965, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and attended the University of Maryland, where he played college football for the Maryland Terrapins.

Badanjek was drafted in the second round of the 1987 NFL draft by the Washington Redskins and played with the team for five seasons from 1987 to 1991. He was primarily a backup running back and special teams player, but he did start seven games for the Redskins in 1989 and rushed for 372 yards that season.

After his playing career was over, Badanjek became a football coach, working as an assistant coach at several high schools in Maryland. In 2012, he was inducted into the Maryland Athletics Hall of Fame for his college football career.
